Since its founding in 1951, Schaefer represents one of the few ventilation product manufacturers in the world with comprehensive product breadth and geographic reach.
- Pinnacle is a leading manufacturer of portable heating products primarily serving the construction and industrial markets.

- Schaefer brought tremendous synergies to the transaction including a modern facility, advanced ERP system, and a strong management team. Schaefer also provided Pinnacle access to some new end markets.
