Lakeland, MN – Hennepin Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to TD&I Cable Maintenance (“TD&I” or the “Company”) on its sale to Tower Arch Capital. The transaction closed on June 30, 2023. Fabyankse, Westra, Hart & Thompson acted as TD&I’s legal counsel.
Headquartered in Lakeland, Minnesota, TD&I is a specialty infrastructure services provider to the telecommunications industry. The Company was founded in 1987 and has grown into a regional market leader. TD&I provides directional drilling, trenching, and related services for the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks and other critical infrastructure. The Company’s customers consist of national, regional, and local telecom providers in addition to utility cooperatives, tech companies, and municipalities.
