Vadnais Heights, MN – Escape Fire Protection, Inc., a portfolio company of Orion Financial Corp. and Stewart Capital Partners, has been acquired by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners and members of Escape’s senior management team. Hennepin served as exclusive financial advisor to Escape. DeWitt LLP acted as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
