Vadnais Heights, MN – Escape Fire Protection, Inc. has been acquired by Hidden Harbor Capital Partners and members of Escape’s senior management team.  Hennepin served as exclusive financial advisor to Escape and its private equity sponsors, Orion Financial Corp. and Stewart Capital Partners.  DeWitt LLP acted as legal counsel.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Escape is a leading regional provider of fire protection system design, installation, inspection, testing, maintenance and repair.  Demand for Escape’s services is driven by stringent building codes, insurance company mandates, and emerging technological hazards.
