Hutchinson, KS – Superior Boiler (“Superior” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:WTS). Hennepin Partners acted as Superior’s financial advisor and Husch Blackwell LLP served as legal counsel.
