Janesville, WI – Rock Energy Systems (“RES” or the “Company”) has been acquired by WILsquare Capital. Hennepin Partners served as Rock Energy System’s exclusive financial advisor and von Briesen & Roper served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rock Energy Systems designs, manufactures and distributes highly engineered heating and air movement solutions, serving diverse industrial and commercial customers through a differentiated multi-brand, multi-channel model. The Company’s market leading brands consist of Lanair Products, Clean Burn, EnergyLogic and Sunfire, with each catering to specific customer types and channels-to-market. This versatile go-to-market platform allows RES to sell direct-to-consumer, through distributors, dealers and resellers and via export. The Company’s offering of solutions provides climate comfort across various industrial and commercial settings and include heaters and boilers, high volume low speed fans, energy efficient portable heaters and related parts and service.
