Jasper, IN – Peak Toolworks (“Peak” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has been acquired by Diamond Blade Warehouse, a portfolio company of Granite Creek Capital Partners and Canterbury Ventures, LLC. Hennepin Partners served as Peak’s exclusive financial advisor and Fredrikson & Byron P.A. served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Jasper, Indiana, Peak Toolworks is a complete cutting tool solutions provider, offering custom cutting tools, sharpening services and standard consumable tools for the secondary woodworking, composite, food and metals industries. The Company was founded in 1941 and through a series of acquisitions, has grown into an industry leader across the U.S. and Canada. Peak’s expansive suite of products include carbide and diamond saw blades, cutter heads, insert knives and related tools, all of which are serviced through the Company’s service centers located across North America.
