Shakopee, MN – One Way Wireless Construction (“One Way”) has been acquired by PrimeLine Utility Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vinci Energies.  Hennepin acted as One Way’s financial advisor and Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. served as legal counsel.  One Way’s accounting and tax advisor was Carlson Consulting & Accounting, Ltd.

One Way serves the cellular telecommunications industry with vitally important services ranging from cell tower inspections, upgrades, and modifications to new tower builds.  One Way also installs distributed antenna systems, small cells, and temporary wireless sites.  Its customers include wireless carriers, cell tower owners, and turf vendors.

Demand for One Way’s services is driven by the ongoing need for maintenance and a regular cadence of new cellular technologies.  The company operates from facilities located in Shakopee, MN, Basehor, KS, and Denver, CO.

Hennepin orchestrated a robust sale process that included strategic buyers, private equity groups, and family offices.  The successful bidder, PrimeLine Utility Services, is a leading national provider of infrastructure services to electric, gas, and telecommunications customers.  The acquisition of One Way bolsters PrimeLine’s capabilities in telecommunications and expands its business territory in the Midwest.

PrimeLine is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paris-based Vinci Energies.  Vinci Energies employes 97,000 employees in 61 countries.  Its revenue in 2023 was €19.3 billion.
