“The Hennepin Partners’ team was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better advisor to help us through our sale process. They were with us every step of the way, including being with us early in the process to help us determine when to initiate a sale process. They advocated on our behalf and customized a process to deliver the fantastic outcome,” commented Bob O’Connor.
Drew O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer of MCSP added, “The Hennepin Partners team led us through a very robust process that delivered multiple options for us to pursue. They educated us through the process and helped us navigate identifying the right partner. We’re excited to be joining forces with Vortex, allowing us to build on that experience and bring more solutions to the infrastructure challenges our customers are facing.”
“MCSP has earned its reputation by safely and cost-effectively rehabilitating municipal storm water and sanitary sewer systems for more than two decades,” said Mike Vellano, Chief Executive Officer of Vortex Companies. “The combination of technical capability, field experience and customer trust is difficult to replicate.
