Fridley, MN – Gladwin Machinery Solutions (“Gladwin” or “the Company”) has been acquired by Vermilion Group (“Vermilion”). Hennepin Partners acted as Gladwin’s exclusive financial advisor and Fredrikson & Byron P.A. served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
