Wheeling, IL – Elgin Fastener Group (“EFG”) has been acquired by MW Industries, a portfolio company of American Securities. Hennepin Partners served as EFG’s exclusive financial advisor and Fredrikson & Byron P.A. served as legal counsel. The transaction closed on September 8, 2023. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
