Omaha, NE – General Siding Supply (“General Siding” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Beacon Roofing Supply (“Beacon”). Hennepin Partners acted as General Siding’s exclusive financial advisor and Koley Jessen served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Omaha, NE, General Siding is a distributor of siding, windows, gutters and doors to Midwest professional contractors primarily performing repair, replace and remodel work in the residential market. General Siding is differentiated by its siding expertise and quality product offering as well as its high-touch customer service carried out by knowledgeable, seasoned employees. The Company has grown to five locations across Nebraska, Iowa and North Dakota. General Siding was owned by the Spanheimer family for nearly 50 years and members of the family will continue to operate its locations.
