Minnetonka, MN – Ashton McGee Restoration Group (“AMRG”) has been acquired by FirstRidge Service Partners, an acquisition platform formed by Garnett Station Partners and Abe Hidary. Hennepin Partners served as AMRG’s exclusive financial advisor and Porter Hedges LLP served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Minnetonka, MN, Ashton McGee Restoration Group is a leading full-service residential building restoration company serving the Upper Midwest. The Company specializes in roof replacement and roof repairs for single-family and multi-family buildings. AMRG also offers a full suite of complementary solutions for its customers including siding, gutters, windows, and solar repairs and installations.
